This includes employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace safety. As part of the service I negotiate on behalf of clients, file lawsuits, conduct investigations, and provide legal advice.

As part of my consulting services I provide expert advice and guidance to individuals or businesses on legal and insurance-related matters and claims. I listen to your unique set of circumstances and help you form an action plan. This plan can include working directly with me or tapping into my vast network of contacts to put you in touch with the right people in a timely fashion for results you can depend on.
WILLS & TRUSTS
I help individuals and families plan for the distribution of their assets after death. I assist clients in creating legally binding documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills. I also help determine how their assets will be distributed, who will manage their affairs if incapacitated, and who will act as guardians for their children. I can also advise on tax and estate planning to help minimize tax liabilities and maximize the value of the estate.
